1 Approve incoming Dispatcher requests

Pending requests appear first on the Dispatchers tab as Needs approval. Accept activates the connection. Decline turns it down. Dispatchers cannot operate under your account until accepted.

Approve Dispatcher connections

Dispatchers cannot operate under your Admin account until you approve their request. Requests appear at the top of your Dispatchers tab as Needs approval — use the Accept or Decline button on the row. Tap the "Needs your approval" filter to see only those.

Manage active connections

Disable an active Dispatcher connection from the row's More actions (⋮) menu; you are asked to confirm. Disabling stops new orders under your account; existing orders stay visible. To reconnect, use Request again — the Dispatcher accepts the new request.

What Admins can and cannot do in My Network

Admins can only receive subscription requests from Dispatchers — they cannot send requests and cannot connect with other Admins or Carriers directly. Once a Dispatcher is connected, the Admin account appears in the Dispatcher's Admin selection dropdown when creating orders. Admin connections are bilateral: you approve them, and you can disable them at any time.
