1 Request a connection

Click Add Carrier (or Add Admin) on its tab and enter the email. Status: Awaiting response → Active. Once Active, their trucks and drivers appear in your order form.

Request a connection

On the Carriers tab click Add Carrier (on the Admins tab, Add Admin), enter the email address and click Search, then Send Request. The row shows Awaiting response until they accept. Once Active, their trucks and drivers appear in your order assignment form.

Create an Admin or Carrier account from scratch (Dispatcher only)

Use the same Add Carrier or Add Admin button. Enter the Email and click Search; when no account is found, enter their Full Name, check the Role (Broker Agent (Admin) or Carrier) and click Create & Connect. eTrucky creates an unclaimed account and immediately activates a subscription — no approval step is required. Share the registration link; when they register with that exact email they claim the account.

Manage a Carrier's fleet directly — asset management permission

Two ways a Dispatcher gets asset-management permission, with OPPOSITE defaults: If you created the Carrier from scratch (see above): permission is ON by default (canManageAssets = true). You can manage their fleet immediately — the Manage assets button on that Carrier's row is there the moment the subscription exists. The Carrier can revoke it later from their Asset access toggle. If you sent an ordinary subscription request: permission is OFF until the Carrier accepts it and leaves their Asset access toggle on (canManageAssets). Until then Asset access reads "Not granted" and there is no Manage assets button. In short: created Carrier → you start with the keys; requested Carrier → you wait for the keys.

Broker contacts

On the Broker contacts tab, click Add Broker Contact, type to find the broker, and enter the contact details. Edit a contact from its row; remove it from the row's More actions (⋮) menu. This is not a subscription — it does not connect you to a Carrier's fleet.
