My Network & Subscriptions

Connect with Carriers, Admins, Dispatchers and Drivers, find any connection fast with search and status filters, and control who can assign loads to your fleet. This guide is for Dispatchers, Carriers, and Admins; Drivers have a simpler My Network with just their Carriers.

1 Open My Network

Navigate to My Network from your dashboard sidebar. You will see one tab per kind of connection — for a Dispatcher, Carriers, Admins and Broker contacts. Each tab has a search box, status filters and its own Add button (Add Carrier, Add Admin, Add Broker Contact). Search filters as you type; use Rows per page and the Previous / Next arrows to page through a long list.

Overview

In eTrucky, Dispatchers must establish a subscription (connection) with a Carrier or Admin before they can assign that Carrier's trucks and drivers to orders. Subscriptions are bilateral — both parties must agree. My Network is where you manage all your connections: one tab per kind of connection (for a Dispatcher: Carriers, Admins and Broker contacts; for a Carrier: Dispatchers and Drivers; for an Admin: Dispatchers and Broker contacts). Each tab has a search box, status filters (All, Needs your approval, Awaiting response, Active, Inactive) and its own Add button. Requests waiting for you are always listed first, and the tab shows an orange number when something needs your approval.

Sending a subscription request

As a Dispatcher, open My Network, go to the Carriers or Admins tab and click "Add Carrier" or "Add Admin." Enter the email address of the Carrier or Admin you want to connect with and click Search. If they are on eTrucky, click Send Request — they can accept or decline it. Once accepted, their trucks and drivers become available in your order creation form.

Accepting or rejecting requests

As a Carrier or Admin, incoming connection requests appear at the top of your Dispatchers tab with a Needs approval status. Choose Accept or Decline on the row. Declining asks you to confirm. Either of you can send a new request at any time, so a decline made by mistake is easy to fix. Accepted connections can be disabled at any time from the row's More actions (⋮) menu if you no longer want to receive loads from that Dispatcher.

Managing active connections

Active connections appear in their tab with their current status. To stop new orders with a party, open the row's More actions (⋮) menu and choose Disable connection — you are asked to confirm first. Disabled connections do not affect orders already in progress. To reconnect, use Request again on the row; the other side must accept the new request.

Connection statuses

Each connection shows its status under the name: Needs approval (a request waiting for you), Awaiting response (your request, waiting for them), Active (connected, loads can be assigned), Declined (a request was declined), Disabled (connection turned off) or Ended (a Carrier–Driver connection that ended). After a decline you can send a new request once the 7-day wait is over — the row says when.

Carrier-asset management under granted permission

When you are a Dispatcher with an active Carrier subscription, the Carrier can grant you direct access to manage their fleet — trucks, trailers, and drivers — from your own account. The Carrier grants this permission using the Asset access toggle on their My Network Dispatchers tab; you cannot self-grant it. Once granted, your Carriers tab shows Asset access "Granted" for that Carrier and a "Manage assets" button on its row. Clicking it takes you directly to the Carrier's asset management screen, where you can add, edit, and remove trucks and trailers on their behalf. The permission is per-subscription and can be revoked by the Carrier at any time.

Creating a new Admin or Carrier account from scratch

Dispatchers can create brand-new Admin (Broker Agent) or Carrier accounts directly from My Network. Click "Add Carrier" (or "Add Admin"), search for the email, and when no account is found, fill in the new user's full name and role (Broker Agent (Admin) or Carrier) and click "Create & Connect." eTrucky creates an unclaimed account and immediately establishes an active subscription between you and the new account — no approval step required. The new user receives an invitation; they complete registration by visiting /auth/register with the email you provided. Once they claim their account, it upgrades from unclaimed to a fully active account. For created Carriers, asset management permission defaults to on — the Carrier can revoke it after claiming their account via the asset management toggle on their My Network page.
