View your upcoming pickups and deliveries in one place. Completed (delivered) and canceled orders are not shown.
Click "My Schedule" in the top navigation bar. The calendar opens on the current month in month view, in a single request. Each active order appears once, as a colored event on its next upcoming pickup or delivery date.
My Schedule is your calendar view of active orders. It opens in one request and shows each order's next upcoming pickup or delivery as a color-coded event, on a monthly grid or a chronological agenda list. Delivered and canceled orders are not shown. Every role sees only the orders that belong to them — there is nothing to configure. Open My Schedule from the top navigation bar.
Pick Up (blue) and Delivery (green) mark each active order's next stop — whichever of its pickup or delivery locations comes up next. Completed and canceled orders do not appear on the calendar at all, on either the month grid or the agenda list.
My Schedule shows everything in your own time zone, wherever you are: each event sits on the day it happens for you, and its time is your time. The zone is named once, under the page title (for example "Times in your time zone: Pacific Time"). A pickup at 9:00 PM in Los Angeles appears on the next day at 12:00 PM for someone in China. Open an event to see the time at the stop itself, with your time underneath when the two differ.
The default view shows a full calendar month. Each day shows up to three events. When a day has more, a more link appears — select it (or tap the day on mobile) to open the full day list, where you can filter pickups or deliveries, search by load number, broker or city, and load more.
Switch to Agenda view using the view toggle at the top of the calendar. Agenda lists every day in the current month that has events, each with its first few events in chronological order. Days with more than three events end with "Show all events for this day", which opens the same day list as the month grid's more link.
Click or tap any event pill, or any row in the day list, to open the order detail dialog. The dialog shows the full order information — pickup location, delivery stops, assigned driver and truck, and the current delivery reading. You cannot advance an order from the calendar dialog; use your dashboard order list.
